Our Cancellation Policy
If a cancellation is inevitable, we understand. However, please adhere to our cancellation policy to avoid being charged for services. Any single service not cancelled 24 hours in advance or multiple services not cancelled 48 hours in advance are subject to payment in full.
All service appointments and packages must be secured with a credit card or gift certificate. All promotions must be prepaid at the time of reservation. In the Event of a no-show for a scheduled appointment, the client will be charged the full fee for the service(s) missed.
This cancellation policy allows us time to inform our stand- by guests of any availability, and to better serve everyone.
Our Refund Policy
There are not refunds on gift certificates, packages, series or prepaid spa services. Spa credits will be issued. Coupons, prepaid services and gift certificates may not be combined with any other offers. In regards to Spa credits issued to Spa accounts, the values for individual services will reflect the value considering the discount for the entire package or series purchase. Coupons cannot be combined with previous purchases such as gift certificates or prepaids. One coupon per customer. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
